This product was a great buy. It was cheaper than the automatic renewal and I downloaded it in seconds. It seems to do well for my computer and I have had no probelms since I started using it a year ago. Even if you run into probelms downloading, you can call customer service and they will take care of you on the spot. Truly great services.

I have several laptops..Two using Kapersky and 4 using Norton…It took about 10 minutes to install and activate Norton 2010 on my older Windows 7 computer…AND cost less than buying the disc at the store…No crashing no problems..Very very happy….

Reason 1: Easy to buy. My new purchased HP touchsmart 300 PC comes with a trial for Norton Internet Security 2009 and it will expire soon. At the beginning, I tried to download a trial version for Norton Internet Security 2010 on Norton’s official website; before I can download, norton asked me to enter my credit card number so they can automaticly charge me when the trial version become expire. I was so disappointed. I looked up on Amazon and found this download version, plus tax not more than $32. The product key goes to your account’s game library. The only thing which is not so good is you need to install Amazon’s game and software downloader in order to continue. Ignore the downloader if you already have the Norton 2010 installed in your computer or you just want the product key.

Reason 2: Easy to install. As I mentioned above, my pc has the Norton Internet Security 2009 preloaded. I did not uninstall 2009; just click install button on 2010. It covered everything and even transfered all the “Cards & Logins” for me. I did not lose any data during the installation. After all, I just need to copy and paste the product key, enter my norton user ID and password and I am done! Highly recommended product.

Reason 3: Cheap price, no shipping cost, no CD required, easy life easy use!

I agree with a couple of the reviewers here. My subscription of Norton Internet Security on my laptop was expiring and rather than renewing it through Norton/Symantec’s website which is more expensive, I saw the cheaper deal here. It downloaded fine for my Vista, but note that Amazon asks you to install a Game and Software Downloader to your computer beforehand in order to retrieve this software (or any other games and software from Amazon’s site from what I assume). But yes, installed smoothly and it comes with a product key to enter and now I have 366 days of subscription. And all for a better deal! I love Amazon.
